At Prithvica, we take great care in packing and delivering our products so that they reach you in good condition.

Since most of our products are food and consumable items, they are non-returnable once delivered and accepted by the customer. After the delivery is accepted, the items cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if you notice that the product or packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please check the item before accepting the order and inform the delivery person immediately. In such cases, Prithvica will arrange a replacement for the damaged item, subject to verification.
